Changes for 2014

Changes for 2014 - ASA is looking in to awarding buckles instead of plaques for the state championship winners -  we have been assured that these will not be the same ASA buckles as in the past, but will be a new design and a nicer look. We will keep you informed as we get more information on this.

Open C will be all know distance.

ASA will recognize a Senior Hunter class - same rules as Hunter only for those 50+.  This is not a requirement that we have this class, but if you would like to see it, let me know your thoughts on it.

Tony

New Director for 2014

Tony Gordon was named as the Oklahoma ASA Federation Director at the ASA Classic in Cullman, Alabama on August 2, 2013.
Tony is anxious to work with the clubs to continue the support of archery in Oklahoma.  "Let's make this fun for everyone and encourage new shooters and youth to participate" says Gordon.  "We have a great number of archers in our area and we need to lead by example and show the rest of the country what Oklahomans are all about. We've got so many different types of archery available now, we need to support each other and see this great passion grow. I look forward to working with everyone, its not just one person, it takes us all to make this work"

Be sure to follow us on Facebook for more updates and schedules and more. Post pics and comment on shoots or shooting with all your Oklahoma ASA archery friends. See you on the ranges!
